What's included in the monthly price?
Everything. Your website, complete CRM, automated follow-ups, online booking, review management, email marketing, social posting, invoicing, payments, mobile app, and all ongoing support. The only additional cost is the optional AI Employee add-on at $197/month.
Are there setup fees or contracts?
There’s a one-time $1,500 setup fee that covers your complete website design, CRM configuration, automation setup, and team training. After that, it’s month-to-month—you can cancel anytime. No long-term contracts.
What's included in the setup?
Everything to get you fully operational: custom website design and launch, complete CRM configuration, automation workflows set up, all integrations connected (calendar, payments, etc.), team training sessions, and ongoing support. This is done-for-you setup—you don’t touch any technical stuff.
Which plan is right for me?
All plans include the complete system with every feature. Choose based on: (1) Team size – how many people need access? (2) Communication volume – how many texts/calls or emails do you send per month? Most solo contractors and small teams (1-3 people) start with Foundation. Growing businesses with 4-10 team members need Pro for capacity. Premium is for larger teams (11+). We’ll help you choose the right fit on your demo call.
What if I need more texts, calls, or emails?
Foundation includes 1,500 SMS/calls OR 15,000 emails per month (about 50 texts/day or 500 emails/day). That’s plenty for most small service businesses. If you need more, Pro doubles your capacity. We can also add additional communication credits if needed—we’ll discuss your volume on the demo call.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes, anytime. As your business grows, you can move up to a higher plan. If you need to scale back, you can downgrade with 30 days’ notice.
Do I own my website and data?
You own all your content, customer data, and intellectual property. Your website is hosted on our platform as part of the service. If you ever leave, we’ll help you export your data and migrate your site.
What about the AI Employee—is it worth it?
If you’re missing calls, struggling to keep up with content creation, or manually responding to reviews, yes—it pays for itself fast. Most customers add it after seeing the core system in action. You can try the base system first, then add AI anytime.
What if I already use Jobber, ServiceTitan, or another system?
We integrate with many platforms, or you can replace them entirely with our complete system. We’ll discuss your current setup on the demo call and show you the best path forward—whether that’s integration or migration.
